Bob Hinshelwood's Other writing Life lived within is only partly private as it is also lived without.

** Dedicating this section of the site to offering stories for entertainment and inspiration, does not have to be owned wholly by one person! 'No man is an island' - as it is said (John Donne, I believe). And for sure, any literary writing is about engagement with the world and with the others in it.

** If you would consder publishing something here, I do not propose to critique or censor any contributions, Although, if it is succesful and we do form the community I imagine, we might want to make comments on each others' work to each other on the site. I mean that we could  start up a pge for comments. Of course we might prefer to keep such a comments page private to those who join with a conttribution - or it could be open to all who view the site. All that can be developed as we go along  if you are willing to join me in such a project. Such writing groups can be a mutual enrichment - 'The whole is greater than the sum of the parts', it also said (is it attributed to Aristotle?)

** So, this is a welcome messge to any who woould be willing to contribute. I will put up a page for you and your conribution without conditions apart from the usual need to avoid rage and slander. There will be no charge. My only request is that you consider yourself a part-owner of this section.
